Tim Davis

Tim Davis is a licensed and bonded General Contractor with 39 years of experience in Billings, MT, and the surrounding areas. Over the years, he has designed and built a wide variety of projects, including homes, churches, and water parks. Tim’s passion for creativity and leadership has been a driving force throughout his career. Before becoming a General Contractor, Tim was a State of Montana Certified K-12 teacher, specializing in working with emotionally challenged children.

Currently, Tim serves as a Director for the Townsend Leadership Group, providing executive coaching in Billings, MT. He is leading his 9th year of Townsend Leadership Program Teams, guiding participants toward personal and professional growth. Additionally, Tim has facilitated T-Groups at Harvest Church, helping adults enhance their emotional intelligence.

Tim Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health from Iowa State University. He has received advanced training through Ultimate Leadership and the Growth Skills Foundation’s One-Week Intensive Workshop, and has attended numerous Global Leadership Summits. With 9 years of participation in the Townsend Leadership Program, Tim continues to invest in his own growth and the development of others.

Tim has been happily married to his wife, Kerry, for 41 years. Together, they have five children: Taylor (married to Cally with four children), Garrett (married to Liz with two children), Sydney (married to Brian with three children), Gabe, who works in construction, and Max, who works for a glass company and travels across the state.

When not spending time with his family or working, Tim can often be found hunting elk or black bear in the scenic mountains of Montana.
